REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

1. Read all information regarding Lakeside Christian School and its various programs.
2. Fill out the application form. Have your pastor/youth pastor fill out referral form.
3. Mail the completed application and referral form to the school where it will be placed in an application pool and reviewed by the Administration and Admissions Committee.
4. The office will set up an interview appointment with the administrator for those whose applications are accepted. (At least one parent and the child should be present.)
5. The following items should be brought to the interview:
   • Unofficial school records/transcripts/tests results.
   • Medical examination form (complete with records of immunization.)
6. Upon notification of final acceptance, the registration form will need to be completed and the following fees paid:
   • Application fee
   • Registration fee
   • First month's tuition
   The bookkeeper will also set up a payment schedule.
7. Students may be required to attend a placement test day. These tests will determine grade or class placement. (Dates to be announced.)
