The downloaded form may be faxed to the school (445-1835) or handed in by your student.
All forms must be turned in by Tuesday morning of the previous week.

FOR TUESDAY ABSENTEES ONLY: You may FAX a copy of the Lunch order form to the school for the following week's lunch. The payment may be sent with your student the next day he/she returns to school, with the understanding that if no payment is received that the lunches will be billed to your account.
